External Credits for Graduation

Students can receive credit for successfully completing certain external (non-high school) courses approved by the Ministry of Education. To find out more about External Credit, please refer to the website BC Ministry of Education External Credentials. See your counsellor if you have external credits.

Transcript

Your transcript refers to the document that lists the courses you have completed with a final mark in the BC Graduation Program (grade 10-12). Please make sure the information on your Transcript is accurate and that you have met all graduation requirements as this is the information that is sent to the Ministry of Education. You must ensure that the following information is correct:

legal first and last name
birth date
you have credit for all courses completed
any mark changes are reflected
you have enough credits to graduate
you have 4 Grade 12 level courses (including English 12 and at least three other Ministry approved Grade 12 courses)
you have completed the Provincial Assessments: Numeracy 10, Literacy 10, and Literacy 12

*Please see your grade counsellor if there are errors on your transcript or if you do not meet graduation requirements.
